Freddie has already exceeded his fundraising target of £650 in support of Royal Papworth Hospital Charity but there is still time to show you support as he continues his challenge to cycle 350km.

Freddie wanted to do something special to say thank you to the NHS so he set himself the challenge to cycle 350km with his dad, Frazer, through May and June.

350km or 218 miles, is a huge distance for little Freddie to cycle, but with the support of his family and everyone who has donated, Freddie has been determined to complete the challenge.

“I chose to raise money for Royal Papworth because I wanted to say thank you to all the staff who are working hard so help people.”

As a world leading heart and lung hospital Royal Papworth Hospital has played a pivotal role in the national response during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Freddie and Frazer have taken on such a fantastic challenge and everyone at Royal Papworth Charity is truly grateful. Support such as this makes such a transformational difference to all our patients.” Maxine Taylor, Acting Head of Fundraising Royal Papworth Charity
