Our vision is to lead rather than follow and to provide tomorrow’s medicine today, not today’s medicine tomorrow.

Professor John Wallwork, Chairman of Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

As Papworth Hospital is approaching its centenary, the long awaited move to the Biomedical Campus draws ever closer.

Innovation and collaboration are two of the most fundamental factors in moving medicine forward and have been the cornerstone by which Papworth Hospital clinicians, nurses and supporting medical teams have provided world-class care to our patients over the decades.

As part of Papworth Hospital’s vision for the future and in order to continue cutting-edge cardiothoracic medicine and technology, we must invest in our future.

The Papworth 100 campaign endeavours to escalate medical research and treatment even further over the next centenary by raising £1million through charitable giving before we move to our new hospital. It is vital that these funds are raised to ensure that we are able to equip our new hospital with equipment of the highest standard to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment.

We need your help to purchase state-of-the-art equipment

Papworth 100 has the vision of securing £1,000,000 of charitable funds to make a key investment in the future of Papworth Hospital. Clinicians from across the hospital have identified key pieces of equipment which will aid services in the new Papworth Hospital and will enable us to continue to remain at the forefront of cardiothoracic care over the next 100 years.
