Join us on the 5th of May and raise money for Royal Papworth Hospital by clearing out some clutter.

With the weather starting to warm up and so much time spent isolating at home, this is the perfect opportunity for a spring clean. We are asking the public to sell their unwanted books, DVDs and CDs and donate the money raised to Royal Papworth Charity. Gather up your old belongings, have a hunt in the attic, dust off those old books and put them to good use!

How to sell

Virgin Money Giving has partnered with Ziffit - a free web service that instantly values your items and lets you donate that value directly to us without leaving the house.

Simply scan the barcode on your unwanted items or enter the details manually online and you will get a cash value which you can then pass to a charity of your choice.  The service is free and goods can be collected by a Ziffit courier service.

How It Works

Step 1
Set up a fundraising page for Royal Papworth Hospital Charity on Virgin Money Giving.

Step 2
Collect your unwanted items together and visit the Ziffit website.

Step 3
Scan or enter the barcode or ISBN of your product and hit 'GET VALUE'. If Ziffit can, they will offer an amount. Complete the trade and let them know you would like the value of your items donated to your Virgin Money Giving fundraising page.

Step 4
Package your items securely and either drop it off at your local Collect+ store or, if your package is over 5kg, you can use Ziffit's free courier collection service.
