World Heart Day 2012 - walk, run or cycle for Papworth Hospital Charity

Adults
£6.00 per adult on or before  31st July – includes a FREE T-shirt
£8.00 per adult on or after  1st August – includes a FREE T-shirt

Your entry fee covers the cost of organising and running World Heart Day, which means that every pound you raise in sponsorship will help to support Papworth Hospital Charity.  Unfortunately this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To enter more than one participant, you will need to know their:

  • date of birth
  • postal address
  • email address
  • emergency contact details

For legal reasons, children under 16-year cannot enter World Heart Day individually, but they can be included as part of a group entry.  Children under 16 must be accompanied at the event by an adult aged over 18.

T-shirts
Paid entrants will receive a free Papworth Hospital Charity T-shirt.  Children can enter for free and are unfortunately not eligible for a free T-shirt.  Should you wish to purchase additional T-shirts, details about how to order will be included in your welcome pack, which will be sent out shortly after you enter.

T-shirts will be posted out from the beginning of September.  If you enter World Heart Day after the 9th of September, you will be able to collect your T-shirt when you register on the day.

Terms

Please consult your GP if you are in any doubt about your ability to take part.  Remember to bring any medication you may need with you, and please wear appropriate clothing.

Children under 16 are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.  As children under 16 can enter free, they are not eligible for a free t-shirt.  Details on how to purchase additional T-shirts will be sent out with your welcome pack.

Unfortunately entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Please note that Papworth Hospital Charity is not liable for any injury or loss that you may incur.
